Dr. Bayan Hussein
Dr. Bayan Hussein is from Edmonton Alberta and received both her Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMSc) and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Alberta. Her philosophy at work is to treat her patients exactly as she would want to be treated, and she is passionate about delivering top quality personalized dental care to each and every patient.
Dr. Hussein’s priority is oral health and a beautiful smile. She loves to create relationships with each and every patient and work side by side to create a comprehensive, life-long plan to preserve one’s teeth.
Whether this is by focusing on preventative measures for maintaining proper oral health, or simple fillings or advanced crowns/bridges, Dr. Hussein enjoys each of these aspects of dentistry and performs every procedure with care and very high standards. When she’s not working, Dr. Hussein enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, watching movies, and sports.
Dr. Ali Mohammad
Dr. Ali Mohammad is a passionate family dentist born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. Dr. Mohammad has dedicatedly been serving patients at Northside Dental since August of 2023.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mohammad enjoys spending quality time with his nieces and nephews. Dr. Mohammad also likes to give back to the community by volunteering. As an avid hockey fan, Dr. Mohammad cheers on his favorite team (Oilers) during hockey season. Dr. Mohammad appreciates being in nature by going on regular hikes and nature walks.
Dr. Mohammad’s ultimate goal is to make as many people confident in their smile, one healthy tooth at a time
Dr. Mariam Osman
Dr. Mariam Osman graduated from International University of Africa, school of dentistry in Khartoum, Sudan. She moved to Canada and successfully passed all equivalency dental assessments. She has received licence from National Dental Examination Board (NDEB) and has been practising as general dentist in Edmonton.
Dr. Osman is very passionate about all aspects of dentistry and enjoys learning new things everyday. She is committed to help improve her patients oral health and well being while making the visit as comfortable and fun as possible.
Outside of work, Dr. Osman enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking and cooking.
Dr. Saher Mohamed
Dr. Saher Mohamed is our newest member to the team! She graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Alberta, where she also earned a Bachelor of Biological Sciences and Sociology Minor with Distinction. Dr. Saher is a caring and compassionate dentist who loves giving to her community. During her time in dental school, she often volunteered at the SHINE clinic providing free dental care to those in need. In 2018, she volunteered on a dental mission trip with the organization Kindness in Action (KIA) in Cotacachi, Ecuador to provide dental care to local communities. Saher is very passionate about delivering exceptional and professional dental care. Her mission is to provide patients with informative care to guide them to the best dental decisions. She is very excited to meet you at your next dental visit!
